I had a fantastic stay at Golden Tulip while visiting the Royal Saudi Air Force Museum, which I had long dreamed of exploring. The hotel's location made it convenient to access this landmark. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access, which made it easy to plan my daily itinerary. The breakfast buffet offered a good mix, with options from continental Europe and the Far East, plus excellent Filipino cuisine at Cabalen Restaurant. Everything about my experience was really good, with great facilities and friendly service adding to my enjoyment.

This hotel was luxurious and breakfast was excellent. The staff were very-very nice and welcoming and assisted us with free parking. Central heating, a safe and multi-channel TV in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Location so close to a transportation with reasonable price and the airport and King fahad stadium and another Golden Tulip in Riyadh. Also, in a quiet area👌

I had a pretty awesome stay! The location is perfect, close to everything you'd want to check out. The room was spacious, super clean, and the bed was oh-so-comfy! The staff were friendly and super accommodating, and I even got a welcome plate of fruits and Arabic coffee. Plus, the breakfast was fresh and tasty, even if it could use a bit more variety.

I was a bit let down with the breakfast options. I really expected more choices for the price I paid. And there was this annoying mix-up about my late checkout that disrupted my morning. though, my experience was good, and I’d recommend it!

first, the hallway lights wouldn't turn off, then the AC wouldn't start. After switching rooms three times, I ended up back in the same faulty one with flickering lights. Total nightmare!

The hospitality snack upon arrival was a great surprise and I loved the free cot provided for my daughter. the hotel is located in a quiet area and is kept clean and tidy. the free coffee and tea offered in the lobby were a nice touch. the air conditioning worked well and the breakfast was enjoyable.

The customer service from some of the restaurant staff was lacking, as they struggled with understanding Arabic and English. the management appeared to lack concern , as I had a negative check-in experience and had to change rooms multiple times due to various issues such as faulty lighting and AC. Despite being a frequent guest, the management did not follow up or address the issues.
